1. General Compliance & Eligible Refund Scenarios
This policy operates in compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Refunds are approved for valid requests submitted within the stated timeframes:
1.1 One-on-one session services: Full refunds are available for appointments cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, where the session has not been accessed or commenced.
1.2 Personalised plan services: Eligible for refund within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period, provided no personalised materials or content have been delivered or accessed.
1.3 Full automatic refunds will be issued if we are unable to fulfil reserved services due to operational reasons.
1.4 Refunds for accidental duplicate payments will be processed for requests submitted within 7 working days of the transaction.
2. Limited Refund Eligibility
In accordance with UK consumer regulations, refund applications may not be eligible for approval under the following circumstances:
2.1 Where a scheduled session is missed without a minimum of 48 hours’ prior cancellation notice being provided.
2.2 Once a service has been fully completed, including consultations, delivered personalised content, and full guidance support.
2.3 Refund applications received after the statutory and service-related application deadlines have passed.
2.4 Where any part of a packaged service has already been accessed or delivered to the client.
2.5 Requests arising purely from a change of personal preference after service access has been activated.
2.6 Where service delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate or incomplete contact details provided by the client.
3. Refund Request Timeframes
Session bookings require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to cancellation.
Digital and personalised plan requests fall under the 14-day statutory cooling-off period under UK consumer law.
Duplicate payment claims must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction date.
4. Refund Processing
All refund requests are reviewed within 3 working days of submission. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days. Additional processing time may apply, dependent on individual financial service providers.
