1. Service Scope & Compliance

These terms govern all lifestyle support and consultation services provided by our company, in compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. All services are dedicated to lifestyle guidance, routine planning, and habit development support for personal wellbeing.

2. Booking and Appointment

By booking our services, you confirm that all personal information provided is accurate and complete. Appointments are scheduled within 3 working days following successful booking. We may adjust appointment times with reasonable prior notice to clients.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed using industry-standard security protocols at the time of booking. All fees are denominated in British Pounds Sterling. Payment confirmation is sent to your registered email address immediately upon completion.

4. Service Delivery

All service documents and personalised plans are delivered via email within the stated timeframes: 1 working day for standard documents and 2 working days for comprehensive plans. Services are provided remotely as agreed, in line with the booked service type.

5. Data and Privacy

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in full compliance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Booking data is retained for 12 months, and all temporary information is securely deleted within 30 days of service completion.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice. All cancellation and refund requests are processed in accordance with our official Refund Policy. Eligibility for refunds is determined by the guidelines published on our website.

7. Liability & Limitations

Our services are for guidance and support purposes only. Our liability is limited to the total value of the services booked and paid for. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses related to service usage.
